Formal Mentoring
I thought it was a wonderful idea. The kindergarteners get the time and attention from the big kids they so want to emulate. The older students get the satisfaction of helping others and being heroes to the little kids, plus reinforcing their own content knowledge by teaching it. It’s a giant educational win-win.
